Hello, and welcome to our latest outpost on the intra super webby highway thing.

I’m really excited about the launch of MerrieTech. I’ve been very lucky to have the equivalent of a resident IT Director as I’ve navigated MerrieGroup and MerrieMarketing out there on the Internet.

I know from talking to many of you that you don’t have your own IT expert on hand. Well, why not borrow mine?

I’ve convinced Peter to provide content related to technical matters. This content is very different to the marketing and business based content we usually provide and so we decided it needed its own site.

We are always flattered to receive requests to re-produce original content from this site. Where we own the copyright we usually always agree.

The one area where cannot grant permission to re-use content is with pictures and other graphical elements of this site.

We license images and other graphics elements for our own use from a variety of royalty free Internet based photo stock libraries, often the images themselves are free to use, however we cannot re-assign copyright or permission to use.

Most of the images used in the site have a link to the copyright owner. If an image doesn’t have such a link then it almost certainly came from the web site building package we’ve used for this site, Serif WebPlus X2.

So, images aside, we will consider requests to re-produce content from this site. All we ask in return is two things:

Respect and acknowledge our copyright on original materials - If you want to reproduce something, please ask permission before you do
Recommend our site to others, but only where our content is likely to be relevant to them
